Deurali-janta engineering department works with the mission to keep machines in the state of maintainability. In addition, this department also works in the field of designing cleanroom facilities, machine selection, validation and more; required for pharmaceutical production as per cGMP norms.
This department has one of the best experienced teams in the country, with knowledge in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical for operation of the utilities and maintenance of machines in the factory. The utilities include Purified Water Generation and Distribution, HVAC, Compressor, Boiler, Scrubber, Generator and ETP. In the quest to make machines available, the department also keeps track of the inventory of the spare parts for over 500 machines available in the factory.
